Review:
First, I have to thank fellow-blogger Johnny http://freddyinspace.blogspot.com/ for this excellent recommendation!

In fact, rather than a review, I am going to take Johnny's route and just say, simply: See this film!

This is one of those films where knowing nothing about it is for the best. [in fact, I am not even going to post the trailer, as there are some things in there that you are better off not knowing.
[I will say that this film is produced by Julio Fernandez if that tells you anything ~ I love Julio!]

While the films starts off a little slow, hang in there, as things quickly build up in intensity!
The acting, the plot/script, the scenery - everything about this movie is dead-on!

For those with Netflix, this movie is currently available to Watch Instantly [which is what I did]

Enjoy,

Jason

this wasn`t bad, but whenever i see a film of this type i always think of "horror express" (1971), its always better if theres a monster on the loose on board the train.

Will do Johnny and thanks again for the recommendation! :-)

Snob,

I have never seen Horror Express [monsters on board a train sounds good to me though!] ;-)
I shall go add it to my Netflix Queue - Thanks!

Snob,

I just got back from Netflix. . .

Unfortunately, the DVD is currently unavailable [I have placed it in my "Saved" Queue, for when it is released, through Netflix, on DVD.

P.S. The movie sounds GREAT!

Session 9 is one of my creepy faves and I have been meaning to catch this one and its in my queue I think (I can never seem to make myself watch the instant ones on the laptop) but a ways down. I may have to move it up.

By the way did you catch BSG? Thoughts? I posted mine over at Getting My Geek On. proudgirlygeek.blogspot.com You know how excited I am to have Starbuck on my screen every week. *smirk*

Horror Express actually took place on the Trans-Siberian Railway as well!

Starbuck,

I enjoyed Session 9 as well [more for the atmospheric presence than anything else really - that sanitarium was the perfect place to film a creepy movie - too bad it's been torn down [I think it's a golf course now - blah!]

As for BSG ~ WOW!!! What an episode that was! Nothing like finding out we're Cylons! ;-)
And the whole Starbuck storyline, and the. . . I could just go on & on - instead, I'll go check out 'Getting My Geek On' :-)

Finally saw this. It was great! I made my sig other watch it, and he loved it too.

I think it's such a testament to the same old plots lines that we see so much. I kept saying "oh, he's in on it" or "oh, she knows" and it just wasn't anything I thought it was.

Good recommendation!!

Awesome!

Glad to hear that you enjoyed it as much as I did Lisa! :-)

Thanks for letting me know.
